I surprised my friends Sharon & Steve with a container of Kale Chips the other day. Boy were they a hit!!! If you haven’t tried them you are in for a real treat! All the reviews I’ve read were over the top, with kids just gobbling them up in no time. It took me a good 3 days to finish up a big bunch of kale!
These are perfect for the GAPS and Paleo diet. Crunch like potato chips, but legal on both diets. They almost dissolve in your mouth. They are very fragile.
So simple your little kids can do it. Wash and tear up the kale into bite size pieces. Then sprinkle with olive oil and salt!
You can pop them into a dehydrator at 150* or if you have an oven setting low enough. It only takes an hour or so for the moisture to be drawn out of the kale. Then let them cool and enjoy!
Even if you don’t like Kale you might like these.

Claudia, I’m sorry for your suffering as well as so many others. Here is a post that may help. I also wrote about it a lot on my original blog and there may be something there. But most of the update on this new blog was done with a clearer mind.
As you so well understand! Blessings for wellness and Merry Christmas for a healthy New Year.
I just found your site while reading AnneMarie’s CHEESESLAVE blog. I am one year into WAPF education and life modification, and also have chronic Lyme, Babesia, EBV, multiple confections & just found out Bartonella was causing my heart symptoms. I know this is not a good time, but if you have a moment someday, I would very much like to hear about your journey to healing. Merry Christmas!
Thanks for putting up the recipe. I was just looking through Seed Savers and they have a few varieties I’m gonna order.
