I’m happy to announce that Le Chevre is a happy food for me right now! No allergic reactions!!! Of course I did try it with EpiPen at hand, cell phone on speed dial for 911, and Benadryl stocked.
It’s been a good long year since I’ve had any cheese of any sort. And I’m so grateful for this small token of love from Grannie Ginger.

She’s only giving me 5 cups of milk at a 1X milking. During her heat, she only gave me 1 cup….I’m really hoping that it picks up again now that I’m in love with her Le Chevre. It’s so mild with not an ounce of goaty flavor. None. Although since she spent a some time with the bucks this week….well, I’m hoping they took all of their stinky with them. Peeyew! Those boys are nasty!![]()

It’s an incredible beautiful white cheese that resembles cream cheese.
It’s so good on my sourdough toast with some Ghee, Coconut Oil and Raw Honey!!!

Don, I think if you search for it in my search bar at the top right you will find what you are looking for. I really don’t spend much time here talking about what I did and what you should do….I’m not a doctor. You will have to research and make those decisions on your own. I hope you find what you are looking for.
You had mentioned that you had some healing success using Rife technologies. Is there any particular machine that you could recommend? I find the variety overwhelming.
Thank you for sharing your Lyme & Co. challenges. It gives me hope to know that there could be an end to this.
Excellent news, am so happy for you! Chevre is one of my favorites and I, usually, give it some EVOO and garden herbs then let it sit for a while to meld the flavors. When I serve it with home made crackers, people can’t believe it’s goat cheese.
I’m so happy that you can eat the chevre. It is wonderful! I like it better than any other and when it comes from our goats it tasts even better. Happy Fall.
Glad to hear you could enjoy this! Wonderful….Hope all is going well for you~
Beautiful! I’d love to try my hand at that. Would you be willing to share the recipe?
