Stop and Smell The Flowers

Our temps are in the 70′s and I’m finally getting out to work again in the garden. It’s been badly neglected ALLLLLL summer long. The heat this summer was unbearable and I was so tired.

I finally figured out the tired end of me….low B12 will do that to ya’. So I’m taking a new B12 supp that seems to be doing the trick!!!:)

I threw a ton or at least it felt like a ton of manure straw over into the garden and while doing so, I stabbed myself in the foot with the pitch fork! That sucker hurt!! I was wearing boots so it didn’t penetrate, but it sure is smarting. The tree limbs that Irene knocked down took out my fall beans.:(But on the sunny side she also took out some weeds!;)Remarkably she left my sunflowers standing! That was kind of her.

While I was taking a phone break and talking to The Hired Hand, I saw something beautiful that I’d never of seen if I hadn’t stopped for a rest.

Even though there is sooooo much to do in life….don’t forget to stop long enough to notice the beauty around you.

Thanks Cheryl and Dawn! Cheryl I bought Dr Mercola’s B12 spray this time and it seems to be working GREAT! I usually spritz first thing in the morning under my tongue and hold for a minute, then again around noon just to get me to bedtime. Love it!
