Fred is in love…his little tongue thing is all about L O V E!

He’s been whispering sweet little nothings in MaryAnne’s ear for 2 days and she’s the only one who has fallen head over heels for him!

He’s all smiles!!!!
Ginger on the other hand follows me to the gate and has a look in her eyes that says…..PLEASE, take me with you! PLEASE!!!!

She’s laying low, hoping Fred won’t notice her. And for now he hasn’t, he’s busy meeting MaryAnne behind the manger. Sneakin an kiss here and there. Even the chicken found Ginger’s hiding place.
“H E L L O I can see you!!!!” “No you can’t. No you can’t.”
Little Vallie was trying with all his might to be the big buck that Fred is…but he isn’t quite big enough YET! He and Isabelle were sparring and Fred jumped in to let him know that he’s the buck boss around these parts now….but when he wasn’t looking because he was busy with one girl, Â Vallie was also trying!
As of Saturday, December 18th, Ginger is the only doe left to be bred. Wow, that was quick!
It looks like next May we will have 1 set of babies right after the other. BUT that’s ok, we will get it over with before the wedding and there will be plenty of entertainment at the rehearsal dinner! Baby goats are so fun!!! Remember these?

And YES, that is snow on the ground! Not too much and not too little. Just right!!! I hope that’s it! After last years back to back blizzards I think we’re on the No Snow list.
