Chillin & Grillin

Having a burger in the dead of winter is a real treat. Grass-fed beef is high in Vit D and is nutrient-dense, especially when it’s covered in raw cheddar cheese and organic veggies served on sourdough bread.  Sourdough helps breakdown phytic acid in the grains, for better digestion and assimilation of nutrients.   I use sweet potato and russets for fries, cooked in coconut oil. Yum, so good and so good for you! Don’t forget to serve it up with a helping of brined sauerkraut for healthy probiotics and good digestion.
